As a Teen and Parent Life Coach in Baltimore, Maryland specializing in ADHD, my passion is to make a positive difference in the lives of youth, young adults and their families affected by ADHD.  Utilizing a combination of support and coaching, I partner with families to find strategies to manage symptoms of ADHD at home, in school, and at work.


For parents struggling with the challenges of raising children with ADHD; I utilize a combination of coaching and support to provide you with tools, strategies and encouragement necessary to carry on!  I will be your sounding board, coach, motivator and provide the encouragement needed support your self discovery.


Partnering with teens to support their development of their talents and turn them into strengths, I empower them to take full advantage of a new and unique ways of achieving a goals specific to them.  ADHD teen coaching can be a vital part in helping students learn to plan, prioritize and execute the plan.  Teens with ADHD are often exposed to a great deal of criticism; I will help them to develop greater self-determination and direction, reducing the feeling of overwhelm and anxiety.


Throughout the process of being coached, you will learn how to move forward with greater self-awareness.   In addition to our weekly sessions, you will have the ability to communicate on a frequent basis via email or text messaging or phone.
