I am a professional Life Coach who specializes in working with adults, college students and parents of children with AD/HD. I am certified as a career coach, mindfulness coach and parent coach. I maintain a private practice in Baltimore, Maryland in addition to working virtually throughout the country by SKYPE and FACETIME.
My passion is to make a positive difference in the lives of adults, parents, families and college students impacted by AD/HD. Extensive and ongoing educational training cultivates my expertise as an AD/HD Coach to explain the complexities of AD/HD in a simple language clients will understand. I partner with my clients to find strategies and tools to manage executive function difficulties at work, home, with the family or at college. Individual goaIs and actions are created and employed based on each client's unique strenghs and skills.
Personal awareness, education and an understanding of the challenges of AD/HD are essential in mastering the difficulties that burden each day, removing the unproductive feelings of guilt and regret from the past. I am a collaborative, solution-focused Life Coach. Through this approach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I also integrate coaching techniques and helpful assignments to offer a highly-personalized program tailored to you.
